There are hotel blocks available for Thursday (8/7), Friday (8/8) and Saturday (8/9) night at DoubleTree Resort by Hilton Hotel Lancaster. There are hotel blocks available for Friday (8/8) and Saturday (8/9) night at Lancaster Arts Hotel and Holiday Inn Lancaster. There are plenty of blocks among all three hotels for our guests. However, there are a limited amount of room blocks at each hotel. They are subject to availability. Please see the travel tab for booking links.

Please arrive at 3:30 PM. The wedding ceremony begins at 4:00 PM.

The wedding ceremony will be outdoors, weather permitting. There is an indoor ceremony location onsite if needed. The same applies to cocktail hour. The wedding reception will be indoors.

There will be a shuttle service that takes guests to and from the wedding venue. They will pick up guests from hotels with wedding blocks at 3 PM. There is limited parking available if you choose to drive. The venue does not permit taxi, Uber or Lyft services.
