We crossed paths many times before we actually met. We attended schools in the same area. A few of Abby's cousins went to Chris's school- Jenny and Jilly. Chris and Jenny were in the same friend group. A few of Chris's family members went to Abby's school- Marie, Patrick and Lauren. We likely ran into each other many times. We later realized a few specific times that this happened. Abby had her first communion with Chris's half-uncle, Patrick. We went to parties at Jenny's house. Abby took pictures of Jenny before prom and Chris was there. We both attended Towson University and remember briefly meeting once. Abby, Jenny and Jilly went out in Bel Air on 8/3/2018 to celebrate Jilly's recent birthday. Jenny also invited a few friends including Chris. Abby and Chris locked eyes across the bar at Independent Brewing Co. and the rest was history. We spent the whole night together. We both knew we had met someone really special. We've been inseparable ever since. Chris proposed to Abby on 8/3/2024. They celebrated their engagement at the same place that they connected for the first time six years ago.

Trixie is Abby and Chris's dog/fur baby. Although, anyone who knows them probably already knows this. She is featured in many of the engagement pictures. We adopted her in April 2021. She came all the way from Puerto Rico! She is such a special part of our family and deserved her own spot on this website. When Chris proposed to Abby, Trixie was wearing a bandana that said "Will you marry my dad?" We love her to pieces!
